The Plymouth Redevelopment Authority is a HUD approved counseling agency. We are also approved for various counseling programs by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development, the Executive Office of Elder Affairs, the Massachusetts Housing Partnership, the MassHousing Finance Agency and the United States Department of Agriculture/Rural Housing Services. In addition, the Authority carries the Massachusetts Homeownership Collaborative Seal of Approval.
