Pre-Purchase/ Post Occupancy Counseling The PRA offers one-on-one counseling for potential homebuyers. A counselor meets with the client to assess their situation and work out a home buying strategy. The counselor also determines the clients eligibility for special programs. Together the client and counselor work together on the strategy toward the goal towards home ownership. Once the goal of homeownership is reached, the PRA can continue to work with you to foster successful homeownership. Issues concerning budgeting, rehabilitation, and home maintenance are addressed. |
