Lead Assistance |
Lead Assistance Funds are federal funds to be used together with other funding sources to de-lead homes in Plymouth. These funds can be combined with the Office of Community Development Housing Rehabilitation funds or with HOME fund or with the MassHousing “Get the Lead Out” program. An average of $5,000 is allocated for each residence to be de-leaded. Funds are a loan but carry no interest rate. The principal balance is forgiven over a 5 year period.
