Housing Services

Housing Services offers loans to Plymouth homeowners on a deferred, no-interest basis for the purpose of correcting code violations. Eligibility is based on federal income guidelines and the type of work needed.

There are many rules and regulations governing the program, and applications are reviewed on a case by case basis, targeting low income families with children, elder and handicapped persons. Units with lead paint, failed septic systems, and imminent health and safety hazards are given priority over those with minor code violations.
