Homeowners

The Plymouth Redevelopment Authority provides a variety of programs and resources designed to improve housing ownership, and provide rehabilitation assistance to sub-standard properties in the community. Examples of the various programs include first-time home buyer classes, new and rehab counseling services, access to down payment assistance programs and housing rehabilitation financial assistance. Many of these programs and services are provided through local, state and federal agencies – with the PRA as an authorized agent to disseminate the resources to residents of Plymouth and surrounding communities.

The Office of Community Development also offers a variety of programs and activities that benefit low and moderate income households.  Education, policies and programs expand and preserve safe and affordable opportunities to support a strong community for all residents.
