There are three easy ways to take the First Time Home-buyer Course
The PRA is actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation, and is taking steps necessary to ensure the safety all. The Plymouth Town Hall is open to the public and encourage you to make appointments with the PRA at this time.
We will use phone, mail, fax, email, Zoom, and other technology to communicate.
The home-buyer will gain knowledge from a panel of professionals and meet with a housing counselor to complete the program and validate their certificate ($25). The panel includes a loan officer, a realtor©, and an attorney.
Home-buyers can take a portion of the seminar on-line ($75). After completion of the on-line portion, the home-buyer will also attend an Virtual Learning session on:
